Hi, I'm Saba!

Background

I am a PhD student at the Center for Ubiquitous Computing at the University of Oulu, supervised by Prof. Simo Hosio. Additionally, I am a visiting graduate scholar at the Tech4good lab at the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC), under the guidance of Prof. David Lee. My PhD research primarily focuses on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Mobile Health (mHealth). I research and develop technologies that improve people's lives. I am deeply passionate about the HCI field and am skilled in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

Research interests: Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Research, Mobile Health, Wearable Sensors, Data Analysis, Ubiquitous Computing, and Social Computing.

I am actively seeking postdoctoral positions within academia or UX researcher roles in the industry, aiming for a start date as soon as possible. If you know of any opportunities, please feel free to contact me at saba.kheirinejad@oulu.fi or skheirin@ucsc.edu.
